Olde Growth, Self-Titled album

The past couple of months I've been stoked on new music coming out of Boston hardcore punk, metal, etc. There's awesome new stuff from established bands as well as exciting new demos that have fallen into my hands. For enthusiasts of stoner metal, if you haven't checked out Olde Growth then you have problems.

I'm not great at comparing music and writing shit like "the guitars remind me of Jimmy Hendrix, as if he were fucking a sasquatch with his guitar" or things like that. If you want to read crap like that, go pick up Spin or MMR or something. I'm not going to waste my time by trying, but if you like slower, heavy, droney metal, then you will like Olde Growth. They know what they're doing. Just more proof that two-piece bands can be awesome.
